Absolutely tremendous service from start to finish. Had a couple of roof tiles slip and rain got in and ruined the bathroom ceiling. Contacted LV Insurance who appointed Capital Services who organised a roofer to do the emergency repair. They then had the damaged bathroom ceiling removed by specialists as it had asbestos in it, then a new ceiling installed, plastered and painted. I have nothing but praise for their professionalism and speedy service, in particular Ryan and Rebecca.

Capital services undertook repair and redecoration for us after two consecutive water leaks on behalf of our insurers (LV). The people (both those on-site & those doing the repairs) were always friendly, helpful and very focused on having a happy customer. Hopefully we won't have any more leaks but if we do I would be more than happy for Capital Services to undertake the work.

I was put forward to capital services ltd by my insurer they were fantastic from the start.they sent in the electrician's to make sure my property was safe and then a full survey was taken out by Sean lambett.He dealt with my claim quickly and got me the funds needed to get the work done .
